Today we had Buckley and Kelly Brown along with Joe and Sherry Mitchell hailing from Kentucky chasing redfish in the Delacroix marsh. Buckley,Kelly,Joe and Sherry were early to the dock and swatting mosquitoes as we loaded the boat. We left early to get away from the bugs and made a short run to the first stop in a heavy fog and hit several points before putting there limit in the box. The crew wanted to try for a few trout after their redfish limit so we bounced around the marsh donating our 100 love sea crickets to the cause. Final tally 20 Reds, 13 trout and a lone Black Drum. Great folks that were a blast to fish with. Stay tuned for day 2 tomorrow.
