Today we had 3 generations of the Ezell family on board chasing redfish in the Delacroix marsh. Phillip, his sons Matt Ezell and Patrick along with Patrick’s sons, Cooper and Shepard were early to the dock and swatting mosquitoes as we loaded the boat. We left early to get away from the bugs and made a short run to the first stop hitting several points only boating 6 fish before making a long run to the second spot. We hit a school on the next bank and put their limit in the box. Final tally 25 Reds, 2 lunchables and a bunch of double stuff Oreos. Memories were made today that we will all talk about for years to come. I was fortunate to be a part of today’s trip and look forward to telling the fish stories at family gatherings. Today was special.
