Helped Captain Chad Dufrene
of #Dufrene’s Guide Service running a trip for him today. Bob Maczka his brother Paul and Paul’s som Max climbed aboard the Majek this morning and we headed out to chase down some Delacroix redfish. The weatherman got it wrong again as the temp never got out of the 50’s and light rain along with 20+ knot winds out of the NE forced us to stay in ponds. They only wanted to keep a few fish so we kept 6 and released the rest to fight another day. Max put on a clinic as he stayed glued to my hip on the front deck while I casted for him. ( he did his own casting by the end of the day). Great group and Max was a trooper, wet and shivering,he stayed with it from start to stop grinning the whole time! Big thank you to Captain Chad for the trip!
