Helped #Craig Mcmicken and Jon Lemle of #danco pliers with the filming of a special project to air this fall. Karen Walsh was the featured angler aboard the Majek today. We caught multiple species throughout the day with Karen landing her biggest red fish ever on camera from hook-set to net! A 30 1/4” bull to top the day. Karen wanted to release it as we had plenty for her to keep in the cooler. So, we filmed her releasing the bull to fight another day. ????????????
After we had all we needed on camera the rest of the day turned into a group of anglers catching fish and enjoying each other’s company. It was truly an honor to have Karen on the boat today and I cannot think of anyone more deserving. Final tally 8 reds (kept 5) 2 cats, 1 hybrid, 1 trout and easily 40 rats.
